The iN•Command Thermostat is a great way to regulate the temperature in your fish house trailer, but sometimes issues may arise. In this video, we will be discussing how to troubleshoot these issues.
To access the heat and cooling thermostat on iN•Command, go to your home screen and then click on the HVAC button. From there, you can choose a mode that will turn your heat or AC on, or an auto function that will regulate the heat and AC depending on the season.
If you are experiencing heating issues in your Yetti Fish House trailer, there are a few common issues and troubleshooting tips to keep in mind.
- Make sure you do not have a schedule set up. A schedule is not necessary in Yetti applications. To know if you have a schedule running, check for a start and stop time on your screen. If you see a schedule, turn it off.
- Check the thermostat sensor in your fish house trailer. Ensure that it is not blocked by clothing, blankets, or other gear, as this can cause the sensor to read an incorrect temperature. If the sensor is blocked, relocate the items so it can properly read the temperature.
If you still experience heating or cooling issues with your iN•Command system in your fish house trailer, turn all power off to your fish house trailer. This can be done by unplugging shore power or your generator. This will reset your iN•Command system, and everything should reboot and work properly. If you’re still experiencing issues and are in urgent need of heat, there is an override black toggle switch near the furnace (usually under the sofa). This will bi-pass the iN•Command System and allow for a simple switch on / switch off control of your furnace (no thermostat controls). Alternatively, if this switch doesn’t work it’s likely the furnace itself has an issue, not the thermostat/iN•Command.
