Introduction: In certain conditions where user error has occurred, the Charge in Tow feature may develop an electrical short circuit.
Issue: The charge in tow circuit wire connecting the battery or battery stud to the vehicle plug is not fused. If the tongue cord is damaged or shorted to the ground, or if the pin is removed from the break-away switch for an extended period, an electrical issue may develop.
Applicable Units: All Yetti’s with the interior’s built by Nelson Industries between the years of 2016 – 2021.

Action: Customers may choose to install the relay between the vehicle plug and battery themselves by requesting a free of charge service kit #V007954 relay.
Warranty Process: Customers may contact a Yetti dealer of their choice and arrange for a warranty service appointment to have the relay installed. Dealer may submit a warranty service invoice to Voyager Industries.
Failure to properly maintain and service your Voyager equipment may result in personal injury and may void any manufacturer warranties.
