Introduction: In certain conditions, Yetti units finished by Nelson Industries may develop an electrical short circuit due to an unprotected electrical stud connection.
Issue: An unprotected 12v floor mounted stud terminal may allow accidental grounding of this positive circuit. Voyager Industries recommends that customers with units with this condition protect the stud terminal with the free protective cover.
Applicable Units: All Yetti’s with interior’s built by Nelson Industries between the years of 2020 – 2021.

Action: Customers may choose to Install the protective cap onto the stud terminal themselves by requesting a free of charge service kit #51869 ELEC-TERMINAL COVER.
Warranty Process: Customers may contact a Yetti dealer of their choice and arrange for a warranty service appointment to have the cap installed. Dealer may submit a warranty service invoice to Voyager Industries.
Failure to properly maintain and service your Voyager equipment may result in personal injury and may void any manufacturer warranties.
